The cocktail program draws from the rich diversity of Orange County and greater Southern California, celebrating the farmers, makers, neighborhoods, and traditions that make this region unlike anywhere else. Each menu is designed as a collage of influences—blending local ingredients, cultural inspiration, and creative experimentation into something distinctly its own.
For decades, Orange County has been a home for independent thinkers and creative rebels, helping shape everything from surf and skate culture to gaming, design, food, and craft beverage. Three Eyed Tiger continues that tradition. Led by DARKROOM’s Chef Zach Scherer and Beverage Director Gianna Marcario alongside Bottle Logic’s Lindsay Langton, the project brings together a collective of Orange County creatives united by a belief that great food and drink can tell meaningful stories about the communities they serve.
